Episode #82 – 3 Strategies For Dealing With
Facebook Creepers Without Hurting Your Business
You’re never going to guess what happened to me on Facebook the other day.
I accepted a friend request from this guy who is a friend, of a friend, of a friend, twice removed and this guy turned out to be a total creeper.
Has this ever happened to you?
In full disclosure, (oh… maybe not a good choice of words… LOL!), I typically accept friend requests from anyone that sends them to me and then I invite them to join me on my business page where I share daily tips and strategies for growing their online business.
And sure, I’ve had some overly friendly people in the past comment of my face, my body, my smile… but I chalk that up to cultural differences and different communication styles. No big deal!
But this dude was off the charts! He even private messaged me a picture of himself without any clothes on. Say WHAT???
That did it… I apparently had a new President of my Facebook Creeper Club.
Of course, I unfriended him immediately AND REPORTED him to Facebook so they could deal with this flasher once and for all.
But I have to tell you, even though this wasn’t a pleasant experience, I’m not going to let that change my process of accepting friend requests and then driving them over to my Facebook business page.
I have an online business and new leads are going to come to me in many different ways. That’s the awesome power of social media.
If this has ever happened to you, (or any version of this has happened to you), I know it may have freaked you out a bit. It used to freak me out too until I developed a strategy for dealing with creepy people on Facebook.
I don’t want you to let an experience like mine deter you from connecting with those that send you friend requests.
In fact, just the opposite. I want you to connect with every single person that sends you a friend request as long as you are armed with the 3 strategies I’m sharing today.
In today’s KarenPattock.TV video training I’m revealing “The 3 Strategies You MUST Use When Dealing With The Creepy People On Facebook without hurting your business”.
Here’s why you’ll love this training.
Facebook is a grand-slam when it comes to marketing your business online.
You must be open to each person you encounter on social media, because they may be your next best client.
If they don’t appear to be your ‘ideal client’, just remember they may be related to or friends with your ideal client.
Rather than letting the unknown create resistance in your marketing strategy on Facebook… hang out with me for the next few minutes so I can help you get prepared!
Today’s training reveals a solid process you can use that consistently grows your Facebook following while having a great plan of action for dealing with the creepers on Facebook.
